Wishing time would stop
‘Cause one day is not enough
To chase all my dreams
In a hurry, cannot wait
I beg time to be my friend
words unspoken
Wishing time would stop
‘Cause one day is not enough
To chase all my dreams
In a hurry, cannot wait
I beg time to be my friend

Silence the sad thoughts
Tomorrow the sun will shine
You will make it through

Hopes are up
Daydreaming of happy endings
Replaying moments so dear
Wishing you’re here
Wanting to start over
Though things won’t be the same
Clouds suddenly disappear
And the sky has your name
Miles apart and now closer
No more daydreaming
No more waiting
Our future aligned
In all the stars

Searching for lost time
Finding me in this journey
Love is within me

It doesn’t fall anymore
My heart has hardened through the years
Things are not the same as before
Goodbye to the love which brought me tears
A long story has come to an end
Facing loss, I finally bid farewell
To the one who can only be a friend
I can only wish you well
Farewell to the summer we once had
I promise to move forward through the seasons
I’ve lost hope when things turned out bad
My heart ran out of reasons—
To continue loving you

On a summer day
In my ordinary life
Four years past today
Our eyes met and said hello
Not knowing past or future

Constantly waiting
Heart flutters when you’re online

Melodies in tune
Broken hearts under the moon
Sentimental hour
Photographs of you in mind
As I write you a love song

There is a certain sadness that never goes away. In between the busy hours it creeps in though uninvited. The moment the lights turn off, it breaks your heart again. It happens every single day. It visits every single night. Behind the smiles, laughter, and pictures taken, it’s the shadow which no one really notice.
It is the sadness of wanting to belong, of wanting to be loved, of wanting to be free. It is the sadness in wanting happiness which is as elusive as the shooting star.
